Live from Norcia, Umbria ~ Chef Valentino Palmisano of Palaza Seneca
Hosted by TL Advisor Kristin Chambers
Do you think you've tasted the "best spaghetti in the world?" I personally have, and it was in May of 2018 during my travels to Umbria, and spent a day in the kitchen of Valentino Palmisano, Michelin starred executive Chef of the Palaza Seneca. Chef's passion for honoring Umbria's agricultural pedigree was memorable and entertaining! We ate, truffle hunted with Lulu & Pestina, ate, visited a variety of farms, ate, and had the opportunity to experience Umbria's annual truffle festival. The Palaza Seneca, this Relais & Chateaux property, owned by the Bianconi family, was our rural palace nestled in the village of Norcia. Learn to prepare, what I personally think, is the best tomato spaghetti in the world!
