While her passion today is travel and event planning/management, Rhonda Roberts’ background has a surprising (mid-air) twist that took her all over the globe for a different reason. From Singapore to Paris, Guatemala to Japan, it was her work as an international cheerleading camp instructor (via time cheering at University of Texas working for a California-based cheer and dance company and coaching at UCLA) that enabled her to see the world while educating youth and chaperoning athletes. Now with a home base of Eastvale, Calif., she enjoys traveling to beautiful locations, learning about their history and combining adventure and relaxation.
Rhonda has previously worked for incentive travel groups where she helped create and frequently experience herself amazing adventures in Utah, Miami, Telluride, Aruba, Costa Rica and the Mexican Riviera – a trip that helped her conquer a fear of enclosed spaces with swimming in the Cenotes with the bats. Approaching each trip as a puzzle (a favorite at-home pastime), Rhonda has a passion for putting event pieces together, paying attention to details and seeing a big, beautiful picture unfold.
