I personally have, and it was in May of 2018 during my travels to Umbria, and spent a day in the kitchen of Valentino Palmisano, Michelin starred executive Chef of the Palaza Seneca. Chef's passion for honoring Umbria's agricultural pedigree was memorable and entertaining! We ate, truffle hunted with Lulu & Pestina, ate, visited a variety of farms, ate, and had the opportunity to experience Umbria's annual truffle festival. The Palaza Seneca, this Relais & Chateaux property, owned by the Bianconi family, was our rural palace nestled in the village of Norcia. Learn to prepare, what I personally think, is the best tomato spaghetti in the world!

Petra Kouzina was created out of a desire to make visitors feel local, live as locals enjoying signature Greek island living through culinary experiences. Their intention is to share knowledge and culture by means of food, to invite guests to meet new, amazingly diverse people, and to become part of their warm hospitality in their traditional home. During this event, you will learn how to make Tzatziki and tomato fritters.
