Position Available:

Part Time Partnership Administrative Assistant - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday's 10am - 2pm. Remote

 

What Are We Looking For:

Administrative professional looking for full time remote work to support Partner Relations. Ideal candidate would  posses:

• Managing team partner meeting calendar & moderating partner meetings/educationals. 

• Assisting our COO and Manager of Partner Relations with new partner onboarding processes.

• Updating our intranet with partner updates, information, etc.

• Provide ongoing support to our leadership team and other duties assigned by management as it relates to partner relations.

 

Requirements:

• No experience in travel industry necessary

• Strong organizational & time management skills

• Ability to juggle several projects at same time

• Strong research skills in the travel space 

• Strong calendar management skills
