Privacy Policy
Updated: October 30, 2026
Planning travel means trusting us with personal details, and we treat that trust with care. Travellustre ("Travellustre," "we," "us") is a Virtuoso member travel agency headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to travellustre.com, to trip planning and booking with Travellustre, and to the independent advisors affiliated with Travellustre when they plan travel under the Travellustre name. It also covers travel advisors and job applicants who contact us about joining Travellustre. Affiliated advisors who also run their own businesses may have separate privacy policies for those businesses.
By using our website or sharing your information with us, you agree to the practices described here.

How we share your information
We share your information only to plan and deliver your travel, to run our business, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Travellustre advisor. Our advisors are independent professionals affiliated with Travellustre. The advisor who plans your trip receives your information for that purpose and is expected to protect it under this policy.

We do not share your personal information with other companies for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies to run properly and to show us how visitors use it. Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser so it can remember your visit.
-
Essential cookies: Wix, our website platform, uses these to run the site and keep it secure.
-
Site statistics: Wix also uses cookies to show us which pages are visited and for how long, so we can improve the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Do Not Track: some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our website does not currently change its behavior when it receives one.
Other companies on our site: Wix may collect information about your activity on our site, and over time across other websites, as described in Wix's own privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies on our website.
Our newsletter
We send travel tips and inspiration only to people who sign up, and you can stop them at any time. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email hello@travellustre.com. Once you unsubscribe, we will still send messages about trips you have booked, such as confirmations and itinerary changes.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Travel document and payment details are kept only as long as needed for your bookings and our records.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and only people who need your information can access it. No system is completely secure, and if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires. Please do not send passport or payment card numbers by regular email; ask your advisor for a secure way to share them.
Children
Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from them. When a family books travel, a parent or guardian provides the children's details, which we use only for that trip. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Travel outside the United States
When your trip involves suppliers in other countries, we share the details they need to deliver your arrangements. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in the United States. Information we hold ourselves is stored in the United States.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as Virtuoso, travel suppliers, and our social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

-
Delete: ask us to delete your information. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, and suppliers keep booking records under their own policies.
