Your journey takes place in a sound-enhanced environment and uses imagery, music, and breath to create a sacred ritual space in which to receive these spiritual gifts.
2) Canyon Ranch's Health & Performance Services which offer personalized, precise, and preventive care:
- Dexa Machine Body Composition Analysis which measures total body fat as well as lean tissue and visceral fat.
- The 'BodPod' (Body Composition Screening) is used in scientific journal studies to accurately measure body fat percentage and fat-free mass, which is a key predictor of your metabolism, health, vitality, and performance.

Canyon Ranch Water Bottle - each guest room has filtered water available. I could just fill up my bottle and go! No plastic water bottles...

Each week the Ranch puts out a comprehensive schedule of activities and classes. Most offerings are complimentary though there are some that have a fee. There are many options from outdoor sports, to hiking & biking, fitness, culinary and mind-body.
