Families, multi generational, couples traveling together, honeymoons, golf and outdoor enthusiasts. Not-to-be-Missed Experiences Edinburgh - All of it! Our Celebrated local guide, Jill, was a wealth of knowledge on the commanding architecture of the city, with stories behind every structure and nook and cranny. She entertained us with stories of past and present. Edinburgh Castle was built on Castle Rock in 1103 after the result of a volcano erupting several hundred years ago. Many of the stories of the old town and new town are centered around the geological makeup of the city. Plus, with our connections at Walker Slater, a shopping experience of Scotland's finest tweed and woolen garment maker. They even won Scotland's Fashion Awards Retailer of the Year a few years back. St. Andrews - While it is all about the golf, it also isn't! For our golfers, a round at Old Course is a must. Our travel designers can assist clients navigating the very complex tee time allocation system. Gleneagles - Referred to as an outdoor playground, there are so many experiences not to be missed. What our team loved about Gleneagles, is that while other properties may only scratch the surface on experiences offered, they have extensive teams in each adventure and experience field, who can cater to beginner to highly advanced requests For example, their horse stables is one of the UK's most notable riding schools. They offer a shooting school with a variety of ranges and offerings, with the instructors and being some of high regarded shooters in all of Scotland. Cycling? For our cycling enthusiasts, they offer a full cycle team, ensuring they outfit you for the perfect bike and a course designed just for you. You can tackle the "monroes" for 50+ miles exploring the entry of the highlands, or take an e bike out and leisurely bike through softer rolling hills. Their childrens and teen club and experiences are some of the best we have seen in the world1 Favorite Culinary/Spirit Aspect In Edinburgh, our local Celebrated guide ensured we tasted the best shortbread in the city from a local baker. A Scotch Whiskey tasting at the world renown exclusive Scotch Club at the Balmoral - you can view the limited, 35 member collection and taste for yourself! Also, do not miss the world renown afternoon tea at the Balmoral! At Gleneagles, the only two-Michelin restaurant in Scotland at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie. A beautiful atmosphere, "savour produce from the restaurant’s own Victorian Walled ‘Secret Garden" Favorite Wellness Experience Balmoral; ISHGA Salt & Oil scrub for jet lag. Gleneagles; Our team cannot recommend the 80 minute Highland Healer enough! Special Amenities by Planning with us Balmoral; Complimentary breakfast, priority upgrade on arrival (i/a), $100 food and beverage credit, early check in/late check out
