Harry our guide in Zagreb was exceptional. He kept everyone on time while also allowing for questions and was very engaging and personable.

Additional Remarks

To be honest, I was disappointed in this FAM especially being that it was Virtuoso. None of the hotels were standouts. and the schedule was too rushed and didn't make sense at all. We didn't get a private boat day on the water in Istria which I would consider a must do for my clients. 4 nights in Zagreb was way to much. For staying at 4 hotels we should have done 2 nights in each place and the first 2 hotels we only stayed at 1 night each and it was barely enough time. The hotel in Zagreb while having great service had horrible rooms. they are in such desperate need of a refurb.
