How to get to
Nonstop flights to Istanbul, followed by 1-hour flight to Bodrum. Then about a 40-minute drive. Alternatively, you can arrive by seaplane if arriving domestically.
Recommended For (families, couples, corporate, celebrations, etc)
Couples, friends, celebrations - not so much families (unless you're at Villa Macakizi).

Favorite culinary aspect of the hotel or region
All of it. There isn't one bad dish. The culinary program is excellent and doesn't disappoint from breakfast on. Ensure you try the baklava! They also have a variety of excellent fish and seafood options.
Favorite Wellness aspect of the hotel or region
The spa has a traditional hammam. There are also personal training options available.
Favorite amenity
The staff. Not technically an amenity, but the people are what make the stay at either of these spots. The service is top notch and your slightest need/desire is taken care of with a smile.

The entire staff is incredible. It seems like everyone is genuinely happy to be there and they have a low turnover rate (with the exception of seasonal staff, of course).
Additional Remarks
Villa Macakizi is more of an estate. 10 bedrooms and perfect for a celebration, muti-gen family, etc. The space is absolutely stunning and very private.
